Presentation Guidelines
All presenters must be members of JCRS, with the exception of invited speakers, high school students and below.
Oral Presentations：15 minutes including setup and questions. Presenter can use the meeting PC (Win/Mac) and projector. Presentations must be supplied in MS PowerPoint (Win/Mac) or Adobe PDF format.
Poster Presentations：Poster size should be prepared smaller than A0 format (panel size: 841 mm width and 1189 mm height).
Presentation Award for Young Scientists
The “Presentation Awards for Young Scientists” are given to student members or individual members who have received a doctoral or master’s degree less than three years ago, who give excellent oral or poster presentations, and who have not previously received the award. Candidates wishing to be considered for this award must be submitted in the “Registration Form“.
